USER GUIDE
This template is built on the PARA method (Projects, Areas, Resources, Archives). Here’s how to get started:
1️⃣ Add tasks to the 🗒️ Task Inbox 2️⃣ Create your first Project — try something like “My First Website” or “Current School Project” 3️⃣ Drop in quick notes to the Note Inbox — organize them later when you’re ready 4️⃣ Use Areas for parts of life you manage long-term (like “Work,” “Health,” or “Learning”) 5️⃣ Use Resources to store reference-only content (articles, books, PDFs, etc.)
✨ Sample tasks, notes, and projects are included — feel free to delete them once you’re set up!
📌 NOTE: All pre-made templates (Projects, Areas, Resources) Include space at the top to add or change a cover image. To visually organize everything at a galnce, hover over each section and upload your own cover image - or use one from Unsplash.
🏠 Your Home Screen Includes:
Task Inbox – With filtered views like Inbox, Due Today, and Side Quests
Note Inbox – Drop ideas, reminders, or research for later sorting
Projects – Track anything you’re actively working on
Areas & Resources – Areas hold everything important and ongoing / Resources are for long-term notes and reference materials
Archive – Store completed projects and inactive content
